Sundays are my day of rest. Pam and I take it easy on this day. She does the cooking 6 days of the week, while I do the dishes the next morning on my way to work. It's a good system. I'm blessed to have such a great cook as my partner.
But I like to do some cooking, as well. Not only do I like it, but I like to give her a little break from the duties. I started making tortilla chips a couple of weeks ago, and have been doing it as a recurring treat on the weekends.
With the organic salsa we got at the Farmer's Market yesterday, it's a perfect Sunday meal.
